Education Summit for K-12 and Higher Education
Innovators is designed to help
all leaders
iDream
under the
Apple tree, understand the Digital
Native and enhance the learning
experience.
Based on the goals and agenda, a reduced registration fee
will be available for any team (minimum 3) of particpants.
To qualify for the
TEAM DISCOUNT, registrations need to include a minimum or
three (3) participants from: the same K-12 district or
higher education institution; OR,
a
combination of K-12 AND
higher
education participants.
An ideal leadership team will consist of
teachers,
principals, district administrators, faculty, chairs and
deans.
Note: Teams participants must register at the same
time.
“One size does
NOT fit all.” The focus of the summit
will be adaptation, not
replication. Through rethinking collaborative
possibilities, participating teams will actively
generate their own ideas and
plans.
It is often forgotten that the student experience extends
beyond the classroom to value-added
activities,
engagement
opportunities
and student life
experiences.
Through discussion
with
presenters, exchange
with
panelist, networking
with
colleagues and interaction
with
students, ideas will flow for diverse
academic and
student
engagement initiatives.
Talk with people using technology for podcasting, digital
storytelling, documentaries, student production, learning
assistance and other dynamic educational
experiences… Then go home excited to be part of the
movement to Enhance the Learning
Experience.
WARNING: This will
not be a
listen and watch experience. All
presentations
and activities will be interactive. When participants
leave, they will have specific ideas for their
locations.
